| 05 Dec. 2007 | In view of the repeated occurrences of the GMDSS radio deficiencies onboard Hong Kong registered ships, which have either been detected during PSC inspections or during FSQC inspections, Hong Kong Government has issued a Circular Letter - "GMDSS Radio Installations Operation and Maintenance". ClassNK surveyors and auditors will pay special attention on what are mentioned in the Circular when carrying out a survey or an ISM audit on board Hong Kong registered ships. |
