Please be informed that, on or after 20 March 2023, Survey Programme becomes able to be prepared and submitted by using “e-Application (Online application for survey and audit)”.

Where Survey Programme is prepared and submitted by using this system, please select the target vessel and input contents of Survey Programme on the screen of e-Application prior to an application of Special Survey or Intermediate Survey. For user’s convenience, the following parts on Survey Programme are automatically input based on our database and/or ship’s age at the time of the survey.
- Basic Information and Particulars
- Arrangement of cargo holds, tanks and spaces
- Survey requirements
