|1905||Formulated Rules for the Assignment of Load Lines to facilitate services related to load line assignment in advance of similar rules created by the Japanese government.|
|1920||First ship classed by the Society, the Kwanan Maru, constructed.
|1921||First edition of Rules and Regulations for the Construction and Classification of Steel Ships published.|
|1922||Authorized to assign load lines and issue load line certificates with the implementation of the Load Line Law of Japan.|
