Statutory Surveys and Related Services
More than one hundred government Administrations around the world recognize and authorize ClassNK to act on their behalf to conduct surveys and issue certificates in accordance with international conventions and codes as well as national requirements pertaining to ship safety and the prevention of marine pollution. Major international conventions and codes directly relevant to the surveying and certification activities of the Society include the following.
- International Convention on Load Lines (ICLL)
- International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS)
- Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREG)
- International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution from Ships (MARPOL)
- International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships (TONNAGE)
- International Safety Management Code (ISM Code)
- International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS Code)
화물 관리품의 안전하중의 지정
ClassNK는 또한 신규 및 기존 선박의 설계, 화물 선적 기구, 선적 과정의 안전 지침에 관련한 International Labor Organization(ILO) 규약 및 해사협회의 규제 준수 여부를 평가하는 업무를 담당하고 있습니다
화물컨테이선의 승인
해상에서 화물 운반에 사용 되는 화물 운송용 컨테이너 건설은 ISO 규정과 컨테이너의 안전 및 출항에 관련한 다양한 국제 규약 준수 인증이 요구 됩니다. ClassNK는 이에 관련한 법률 및 규약 준수의 인증 및 검사 업무를 대행하고 있습니다.
