We are pleased to inform you that in order to provide the full-term certificates promptly to the ships, the Full-Term Certificate of Certificate of Classification, Certificate of Installations Registration and Statutory Certificates (except the certificates issued under for ISM Code and ISPS Code) which are presently issued by Head Office (Classification Department) will be issued directly by service sites from 1 October 2017.

Please note that the following certificates are issued by Head office as before, upon the Provisional/Interim certificates being issued by the service sites:
1. Certificates for newly registered ships to ClassNK.
2. Statutory Certificates for flag states which do not authorize ClassNK to issue Full-Term Statutory Certificate.
(The Full-Term Statutory Certificates are issued by the flag states.)
3. Certificates with specific formats.

Certificates issued under ISM Code and ISPS Code will be followed shortly. The details will be informed by ClassNK Technical Information.
