Please be informed that, on or after 20 March 2023, Survey Programme becomes able to be prepared and submitted by using "e-Application (Online application for survey and audit)".

Survey Programme is to be submitted to ClassNK survey offices as a part of preparation for the survey, when Special Survey (regardless of ship's age) or Intermediate Survey (for ships over 10 years of age) for ships subject to Enhanced Survey Programme (ESP) is carried out. (This requirement is not applicable to ships which do not engage in international voyage and classed for restricted service.)

Where Survey Programme is prepared and submitted by using this system, please select the target vessel and input contents of Survey Programme on the screen of e-Application prior to an application of Special Survey or Intermediate Survey. For user's convenience, the following parts on Survey Programme are automatically input based on our database and/or ship's age at the time of the survey.
- Basic Information and Particulars
- Arrangement of cargo holds, tanks and spaces
- Survey requirements (Some items to be manually input, e.g. representative tanks subject to survey)

Survey Programme that inputted on the screen of e-Application is automatically submitted to ClassNK survey offices at the same time when the application of Special Survey or Intermediate Survey is submitted.

As for the operation procedure, please refer to "e-Application quick guide" posted on ClassNK Website (HOME > Products & Services > Web Service Portal > e-Application).

Please note that it is not mandatory to use this system for preparing and submitting Survey Programme, thus the conventional blank forms (Word/PDF file) may be used same as before. (HOME > Information Services > Application Forms)
