The Isle of Man Government has notified the Society of periodic inspection, testing and maintenance of compressed gas cylinders, fire extinguishers and fixed fire-fighting systems on board the Isle of Man flag ships as per attached (Industry Circular Nos. 6 and 2).

During the regular Surveys of Safety Equipment, a Surveyor will ascertain that those inspection, testing and maintenance on board the ships is subjected to the Circulars, and carry out necessary tests / inspections. It is sincerely recommended that you should take an appropriate action to comply with the requirements of the Circulars.
