Amendments to COLREG (Convention on the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972) were adopted by IMO assembly 22nd session as Resolution A. 910 (22), and would be enter into force on 29 November 2003.
For your reference the amendments is attached.
Major points are amendments to Wing-In-Ground (WIG) craft, to sound signals and to masthead lights position of high-speed crafts.
