Abolishment of Special Requirements for INMARSAT-C Ship Earth Stations of Singapore Flag Ships
Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore has notified us that the Authority does not require "to define the secondary position for initiating INMARSAT-C distress alerting" on a mandatory basis.
In accordance with the notice, ClassNK Technical Information TEC-223 dated 10 September 1997 is abolished.
