In relation to ClassNK Technical Information, No.TEC-0745 "Surveys and Certification for AFS Convention", the following application forms have been amended:-

Form 2A: Application for Surveys and Issue of Certificates
Form 3A: Application for Classification and Statutory Services for an Existing Ship
