Regarding provision and display of manoeuvring information on board ships as required by IMO Resolution A.601(15),
The Liberian Government notified ClassNK that Liberian flag ships are not required to be supplied with the manoeuvering booklet. The Liberian flag ships need only be supplied with the Pilot Card and the Wheelhouse Poster.

This ClassNK Technical Information supersedes existing Technical Information No. TEC-0465 dated 25 June 2002.

1. Applicable ships and Manoeuvering Information
(i) All new ships need to be supplied with the Pilot Card.
The Pilot Card should be available on the bridge for use by the pilot.
(ii) All new ships of 100 meter in length and over, and all new chemical tankers and gas carriers regardless of size, need to be supplied with the Wheelhouse Poster.
The Wheelhouse Poster needs to be permanently displayed on the bridge.
2. A survey for the provision of Pilot Card and the display of Wheelhouse Poster are not required.
