Additionally, the guidelines for the development of the Ship Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP) have been revised. RESOLUTION MEPC.395(82) "2024 GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SHIP ENERGY EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN (SEEMP)" was adopted on 4 October 2024, and RESOLUTION MEPC.401(83) "AMENDMENTS TO THE 2024 GUIDELINES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SHIP ENERGY EFFICIENCY MANAGEMENT PLAN (SEEMP) (RESOLUTION MEPC.395(82))" was adopted on 11 April 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the 2024 SEEMP GUIDELINES).
