Isle of Man Ship Registry Manx Shipping Notice 057 "SOLAS II-2 The Maintenance and inspection of fire protection systems and appliances" was issued by Isle of　Man Government.

This Circular sets out the requirements for inspection, testing and maintenance of compressed gas
cylinders, fire extinguishers and fire protection systems and appliances.

This ClassNK Technical Information supersedes the previous ClassNK Technical Information
No.TEC-0919.

[Application of the Notice]
1. The Notice applies to all Isle of　Man flagged ships.
2. Our surveyors will confirm that the maintenance and testing records of fire protection systems
and appliances in accordance with this notice are on board the Isle of　Man flagged ships at each periodical survey for Safety Equipment.
