The Administration published Marine Circular 198.2, "Notification for Survey / Audit Attendance by Recognized Organization".

According to the Marine Circular, the Recognized Organization is required to notify the Flag Administration by sending the Form, "F054 - Notice for Survey/Audit Attendance by RO", prior to the intended Survey/Audit attendance, preferably not later than 3 days in advance.
