The List of Circulars of the Department of Merchant Shipping (DMS) required be placed on board the Cyprus Flag vessels have been noticed by Circular 8/2001. In addition to the above, a supplementary list of Circulars, issued by the DMS during 2001 and the 1st half of 2002, which should be placed on board ships flying the Cyprus flag was noticed by Circular No. 20/2002, this time.
