Crew accommodation on ships registered to the Marshall Islands is not required to satisfy ILO convention requirements. However, the government encourages applying ILO Conventions No. 92 and No. 133.

The government provides Documents of Compliance, which certify that shipboard accommodations comply with either ILO Convention No. 92 or No. 133. This optional certification will be issued, at the request of a ships owner or operator, upon satisfactory completion of the necessary plan review and shipboard surveys.

If you want to have above certification and make an application to us, ClassNK service site will issue the certification on behalf of the government.
