Commission for Maritime Affairs of St. Vincent and the Grenadines has notified ClassNK that shipowners are requested to submit the following documents to the Commissioner when applying for renewal of a radio station license of a St. Vincent and the Grenadines flag ship.

1. The original of "RADIO INSTALLATIONS INSPECTION REPORT" with signature of a classification surveyor, and
2. Copy of the cargo ship safety radio certificate updated.

When submitting "RADIO INSTALLATIONS INSPECTION REPORT" to Commission for Maritime Affairs of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, you are requested to ask the surveyor in charge for his signature and an official stamp on the Report after entering necessary items in it.
