This is to inform you that the Application Form 1A for Application for Classification and Statutory Services during Construction has been revised as attached hereto due to Amendments to the "RULES FOR THE SURVEY AND CONSTRUCTION OF STEEL SHIPS" (General Rules of Part A) as the Rule No.29 with effect from 1 April 2006 referring to the IACS PR No.29 (Rev.2) which defines contract for construction.
