In cases where a Tonnage Certificate is to be issued for a Panamanian ship, it is necessary that the ITC'69 be endorsed by Panama Maritime Authority (hereinafter, PMA).

In cases where a Tonnage Certificate is to be issued for a Panamanian ship for the first time (e.g. new construction, flag change, etc.), a copy of the GA (General Arrangement Plan) should be sent to the PMA as part of the necessary documents required for ITC'69 endorsement.

You are kindly requested to provide a copy of the GA (General Arrangement Plan) together with other necessary documents to ClassNK since such a copy is necessary in order to apply for an ITC'69 endorsement to the PMA through ClassNK.
