General The Administration of Panama has advised in their instructions regarding the application of MSC.1/Circ.1352/Rev.1 (CSS Code Annex14) as follows. According to the instruction, CSS Code Annex14 is to be applied as a mandatory requirement to Panama flagged containerships as described below.
