Submission of inspection results for radio inspections performed by radio firms prior to Safety Radio surveys carried out by ClassNK
Submission of GMDSS inspection results from the radio firms to ClassNK surveyors has been changed from Paper (by MS Word Format) to Data (by website input) since December 2021 (Refer to Fig.1).
Details regarding this procedural change can be found on ClassNK homepage (HOME > Products & Services > Statutory Services > Information for Equipment of SOLAS Convention > Safety Radio Survey). Please note that the input system is only available when the radio inspection is carried out concurrent with the attendance of NK Surveyors.
