The NK Training Course for Maritime Instructors is a condensed version of IMO Model Course 6.09, “Training Course for Instructors.” It provides instructors with a clear introduction to the fundamentals of general pedagogical skills through high-quality teaching materials, lecturers with extensive maritime education experience, and a curriculum focused on practical training.

After completing the course, maritime instructors receive a certificate of completion issued by ClassNK and are expected to play an important role as reliable instructors at maritime education and training institutes around the world.
