1. 対象船舶
国際航海に従事する次の船舶に適用されます｡
(1) 300GT以上の貨物船及び高速貨物船
(2) 旅客船及び高速旅客船
(3) 自航式海洋掘削船
ただし A1海域に従事し、AISを装備する船舶には適用されません｡
2. コンフォーマンス･テスト
(1) コンフォーマンス･テストは､Recognized ASP又はAuthorized Testing ASPと行われます｡
(2) 船上設備のテストは､30時間続けられます。
(3) コンフォーマンス・テストが正常に終了すると､Conformance test reportがTesting ASPから発給されます｡
(4) コンフォーマンス・テストは、船舶の適用日の前までに行ないます。
